We invest directly as well as in cooperation and syndication with venture capital firms and other investors, many of whom are clients of our law firm affiliate, as are a large portion of our portfolio companies.

TRNC Ventures is the umbrella for all of our direct, indirect and affiliated investments, our acceleration programs, and our strategic advisory functions.

Investment Criteria

Value-add is our core criterion. To that end, we look for a meaningful legal or policy angle in all prospective investments while remaining sectorally agnostic. We work exclusively with businesses that are scalable internationally.

Advisory and Acceleration

We offer our portfolio companies and co-investors legal, regulatory and start-up advice, as well as ongoing mentorship.

Strategy and Business Development

We open up our extensive global network to our portfolio companies, and also help create strategic alliances within our portfolio.
